Nick’s journey in real estate started off strong. He quickly became good at helping people find their dream homes. He was especially skilled at negotiating deals and marketing properties. These skills became the building blocks for his career, which eventually took a turn toward helping people in a different way.

During his career, Nick won many awards, but one stood out for the wrong reasons. He won an award for having the highest average commission rate at his brokerage. This didn’t sit well with him. It was an award he couldn’t display proudly, and it made him rethink his role in the real estate world. That’s when Nick decided he needed to offer a better way for people to buy and sell homes.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

Nick didn’t go it alone. Along with his wife and fellow FSBO Geek, Larissa Jennings, The Jennings Team was formed.
